Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients:1 Package of Dry Yeast
¾ cup of Whole Milk
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar
¼ cup of Water, warmed up to 115 degrees
¼ tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
1 tsp of Salt
¼ cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
4 cups of All Purpose Flour
¼ cup of Melted Butter, to brush over the top before baking

For the Filling,

1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, at room temperature
¾ cup of Brown Sugar
¼ cup of Granulated Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp of Ground Cinnamon

For the Glaze,

¼ cup of Cream Cheese, at room temperature
1 Tbsp of Butter, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups of Powdered Sugar
½ tsp of Vanilla Extract
3 to 4 Tbsp of Warm Milk
Process,
1) In a small bowl, combine the warm water and 1 tsp of the granulated sugar, sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

2) In the bowl of a standing mixer fitted with a dough hook, mix the egg, milk, salt, sugar and melted butter. Add 2 cups of the flour and the water, vanilla and yeast mixture, mix until its all incorporated and slowly add about 2 more cups of flour. Turn the speed up to medium and let it mix for about 5 to 7 minutes or until you have a smooth dough.

3) Oil a large bowl with some vegetable oil and set aside. Take the dough out of the mixer and pull it together with your hands to form a ball. Place it in the oiled bowl and oil the top of the dough with a little vegetable oil. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot to rise for about 2 hours.

4) In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, granulated sugar and cinnamon for the filling, set aside.

5) When doubled in size, punch the dough down and roll it out onto a floured surface into a 15x9” rectangle. Spread the soft butter over the top and sprinkle evenly over the sugar and cinnamon mixture.Staring from one of the long ends, tightly roll the dough into a jelly roll form. Cut into 14 to 16 slices (make sure they are even) and place them cut side down in a well buttered 9x13 baking pan. Cover with plastic wrap and let put them back into a warm spot to rise for another 1 ½ hours.

6) Meanwhile preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

7) Once risen, brush them with some melted butter and bake them for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

8) While the cinnamon rolls cool for a few minutes make the glaze. Mix all the ingredients of the glaze in a bowl except for the milk, once the cream cheese is all mixed, slowly add the milk until you get a runny glaze consistency. Immediately pour the glaze over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy!

Heat Stroke

More than 100 people have died and hundreds more have been taken ill after a heat wave hit Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi in the concluding two days. The city is in the clutches of a rare heat wave, with temperatures soaring to 45 C. Fever and dehydration have swept the country, with many elderly residents suffering from heat-associated health topics.
So peeps, Have you ever heard about Heat Stroke?

Heat stroke is a condition induced by your body overheating, usually as a consequence of extended exposure to or physical exertion in high temperatures. In this most serious phase of heat injury, heatstroke can occur if your body temperature gets up to 40 C or higher.
Heat stroke requires immediate emergency treatment. Untreated heatstroke can damage your brain, heart, kidneys and other internal organs as well.

Heat stroke results from extended exposure to high temperatures -- normally in combination with dehydration -- which leads to failure of the body's temperature control scheme. Other common symptoms include nausea, seizures, confusion, disorientation, and sometimes loss of consciousness or coma.

When the heat level is high, it's best to stay in an air-conditioned room. If you must work out of doors, you can prevent heat stroke by adopting some of these steps:

  • Apply a sunblock with a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 or more.
  • Drink additional fluids.
  • Call for extra precautions when doing or working outdoors.
  • Reschedule or cancel outdoor activities. If possible, stir your time outdoors to the coolest times of the day, either early morning or after sundown.

Apple Cider Vinegar Goddess on Earth

You plausibly own a bottle of apple cider vinegar in your pantry right now. It’s a tasty addition to home-made jams, marinades, and salad dressing, but is it also beneficial for you?

Apple cider vinegar is my new fixation. I recently started calling for apple cider vinegar shots a few times a day for a nimble and effective energy burst. Yet, I've since given away so many other useful ways to incorporate apple cider vinegar (ACV) into my everyday procedure.

It's effective for pretty much anything—your skin, your hair, your household, and even your pets can gain from its qualities. Raw, organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized, apple cider vinegar is so much more than a salad dressing!

As a folk remedy, apple cider vinegar has been credited with curing everything from the flu to warts. Many of its supposed benefits are unproven, but some experts believe that adding a little of this sour liquid to your life may suffer some health benefits.

Apple Cider Vinegar Weight Loss

Have you heard that apple cider vinegar will help you lose weight?
The only study to test the idea in people was done in Japan. In the survey, 175 obese, but healthy people took either vinegar or water daily for 12 workweeks. Their diets are similar. They kept food diaries. At the conclusion of the field, those who used vinegar had lost somewhat more weight. On average, the vinegar group lost 1-2 pounds over the 3-month period. They made it all back after the field was over.
The researchers suggest that vinegar may turn on certain factors involved in breaking down fatty tissues.
The outcome is probably very subtle, says Chicago dietitian Debbie Davis, RD. “It may have some benefits in terms of weight loss and weight management, but it is decidedly not a fast fix."
If you desire to lose weight, you’ll nonetheless need to practice and practice portion control.

Apple Cider Vinegar Detoxify.

Equally part of balancing the body's pH, apple cider vinegar creates an overall detoxification of the physical structure. Research indicates that it can help stimulate cardiovascular circulation and help detox the liver.

Apple Cider Vinegar Reduce Heartburn.

Though it might look like an oxymoron to treat stomach acid with an acid-containing vinegar, there is research suggesting that apple cider vinegar works by correcting low acid, hence reducing heartburn. Natural remedy experts say you should commence to feel relief very shortly afterwards taking a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar followed by a glass of urine. Take down that apple cider vinegar will not grant relief if you take in an ulcer.

Those are my fav brands of ACV..<3
